Saturday we ran a 3k it was supposed to be a 5k but it was up hill in the mud and very hard with a double stroller. Very, Very Hard!!! After the fact Sarah and I were pooped and the kids played up a storm. Bogart made friends with the farm dogs and we had to drag him back to the car.
